With amenities including a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV, you will easily find this to be everyone’s favorite hangout room. Also residing downstairs is the master suite with plush king size bed and master bathroom providing you separate vanities, claw foot bathtub and steam shower. As you climb up to the second floor, you will find 3 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft with twin beds.

Stroll right down to the Blanco River and soak in the beauty of the crystal clear water. Not only does the river run right along the banks of your back yard but, the kids will think having their very own “river island” is the highlight of their vacation! Cross over the sturdy, concrete bridge to find yourself on a beautiful section of land surround by the cool blue waters on all sides.
