79th Annual VFW CPRA Rodeo

Rodeo Events include: bull riding, bareback & saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, tie down calf roping, team roping, women’s breakaway roping, and women’s barrel racing. Nightly performances by the Lone Star Cowgirls, a rodeo precision riding team, known for their beautiful painted horses, sparkling red, white & blue costumes, and their heartwarming tribute to the United States Armed Forces. Fireworks nightly at the end of the show (weather conditions permitting)

This is a Pro/Open event sanctioned by the Cowboys Professional Rodeo Assn. (CPRA), and sponsored by Oldham-Cummings Post 6441, Veterans of Foreign Wars, in Wimberley, Texas. Admission and parking proceeds are considered a donation to Post 6441; Concessions and Merch are considered a donation to VFW Aux 6441and used to support a variety of Veterans and Community programs and activities. The Rodeo Producer is Mr. Bo Davis of DVS Productions from Gonzales, Texas, and the stock contractor is the Cadillac Rodeo Company

Tickets at the Gate: Adults - $25; Children 4 - 12 $15. Children 3 & under FREE  In person Advanced Tickets can be purchased at the VFW Hall located at 401 Jacobs Well Rd. (CR182) on June 29th and 30th, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Advance ticket prices are Adults - $20; Children 4–12 - $10. Children 3 & under FREE.  Cash, check, or major credit cards will be accepted. A 3% service charge will be added for all credit and debit card purchases.

Limited box seat tickets may be available for $75 in person on advance ticket purchase days only.
